The History of Hagia Sofia...

As a symbol of the Roman Christian Empire, Hagia Sophia is an important emotion in Western literature, in mind, and in everyday life. Until the Middle Ages, Aya Sophia was known as the best pilgrim of all Orthodox Christians in the world. Churches, mosques, museums were limited to this acquaintance.

Hagia Sophia was founded in 537 by the then Byzantine Emperor Justinian. Hagia Sophia was used as an Orthodox church from 536 to 1204 AD. Hagia Sophia was used as a Catholic church from 1204 to 1261.

Hagia Sophia came under the Ottoman rule in 1453 when the Ottoman Sultan Mehmet conquered Constantinople, now Istanbul. Sultan Mehmet later bought Aya Sophia from the Christian clergy. Al Jazeera published the news after inquiring about the purchase of Hagia Sophia. 

Even after the fall of the Ottoman Empire in 1923, it continued to be used as a mosque. But at a meeting in 1934, then-President Mustafa Kemal Atatürk said it would be converted into a museum.1935 years the Hagia Sofia finally convert the museum. before converted Hagia Sophia,

UNESCO declared the Hagia Sophia in a historical, place. Hagia Sofia Historical place is the very oldest about 1500 years.

At-last 2020 11 July, the turkey's current greatest leader Recep Tayyip Erdoğan converted the museum to the mosque. This is a great honor and pleasant for Muslims.

Erdogan has turned Aya Sophia into a mosque in the face of Western objections.
